Sporozoan Swarm Container #469 is a new direction for these pieces. By incorporating my new ceramic work I am pushing The Swarm closer to sculpture.
This integration will only force The Swarm to new heights of exciting evolution.
At 15”x12” this Container is the same size as the pieces I am currently making but the ceramic piece makes it heavier, more dense.
Crackle glaze and gold luster give the porcelain an adored yet petrified look.
