Spider was created out of necessity. I was out of paper and had an idea. I found a pre-existing drawing and erased it. The remnants of the former laid the groundwork for Spider and for my conceptual decision to rework older pieces to create anew.
Spider is 66”x42” charcoal, pastel, and graphite on Rives BFK White.
